Wavera is built by practicing oncologists, healthcare engineers, and operators who have spent years inside legacy EHRs and know exactly what is broken — and what good looks like.
Leaders
Three leaders. One mission.
Each leader brings a perspective the others can't — and we build at the intersection.
Physician-engineer focused on rebuilding oncology workflows from first principles. Spent years inside legacy EHRs and healthcare-AI consulting before founding Wavera to fuse clinical insight, software craft, and AI reasoning into one cohesive platform.
Physician + AI engineer
Healthcare-AI product strategy
Author of Wavera's clinical engine
Oncology is currently defined by administrative friction, not patient outcomes. At Wavera, we are flipping that model. We are building the infrastructure that oncologists have been waiting for — a system that replaces fragmented, legacy workflows with an intelligent, unified clinical engine. By automating the complexities of trial matching, billing, and safety into one seamless workflow, we are enabling a new standard of high-performance practice that finally empowers physicians to focus on what matters most: the patient in front of them.
Engineering leader with deep experience in distributed systems, healthcare interoperability, and large-scale cloud platforms. Has shipped and scaled production systems that move clinical data between hospitals, payers, and labs at national scale.

Architects Wavera's data platform
I have seen the 'tech handcuffs' of legacy EHRs firsthand — they prioritize proprietary walls over patient care. We built Wavera to break those silos, enabling seamless, bidirectional data flow that integrates upstream and downstream systems into a unified clinical experience.
Practicing hematologist-oncologist who shapes Wavera's clinical product. Brings frontline experience in cancer care, regimen design, and equity in oncology to ensure every workflow holds up at the bedside.

Equity & access in oncology
At Wavera Health, we use AI to close gaps in cancer care by putting advanced, evidence-driven workflows and tools directly into oncologists' hands nationwide, so they can spend more time at the bedside practicing the art of medicine.
How we build
Four principles that shape every decision.
01
Patient first, always
Every design decision is judged against one question: does this make care better for the patient in front of the oncologist? If the answer is no, we cut it.
02
Standards over walls
FHIR R4 native, TEFCA-connected, SMART on FHIR. We do not build proprietary lock-in. The chart belongs to the patient and the practice — not the vendor.
03
Evidence-grounded AI
Every AI suggestion is grounded in NCCN, AJCC, and the longitudinal patient graph — with the source visible. If a clinician can't trace it, we don't ship it.
04
Built with clinicians
Practicing oncologists are in the loop on every release. We don't ship workflows we wouldn't use ourselves at 5pm on a Friday.
